Team Photo Policy and Artistic Direction:
Team photos are produced using one of two methods, determined and communicated prior to shoot day. This may include custom backgrounds and a coordinated visual theme aligned with the team’s direction.
For team composite artwork, full team participation is required. Final production will not begin until coaches have confirmed that all team members are included. All composite artwork must be reviewed and approved by directors and coaches through the designated proofing process before release.
All image selection and final composition decisions are made at the sole discretion of the photographer, Marie Ferguson of DM Creative. Image choices are based on what best supports overall composition, quality, and visual consistency.
Requests for changes to product for image selection, including pose, or expression after final delivery will be treated as a custom order. A $25 customization fee will apply, in addition to the cost of the new product. This price does not include further customization to the art/editing style or deeper skin, blemish, brace removal, facial and body thinning.
